Poultry farm, a special location, is necessary to use specifically designed lighting. HYBRITE has already supply poultry lighting to farms around the world. Through years of experience, the 4th generation poultry lighting comes out to be much more protected from water and dust.

In humid farm, corrosive vapors from animal excrement and excessive dust will excessively easy to accumulate to the lighting. Smooth surface of JNCP is smooth and have no gap to hide dust, which promise much better dissipation of the lighting and luminous effect.

Poultry lighting must be able to withstand certain condition, such as high humidity, water spray, mandatory disinfection and change of the flock etc. HYBRITE have solved these problems for farm owners for years. Serious waterproof protection avoids short circuit and etc.

Higher temperature in the poultry farm will easily accelerate the heating problem of the lighting. Compared to plastic cover heat sink, HB-JNCP use pure aluminum as the only material to make the heat sink. This could be much more effective to cool the lighting and prevent the lighting problem caused by overheated. Without long time heat, led could have longer life span and reduce maintenance visit.

Sudden change of lighting has proved to frighten the chicken, because chicken sensitive of their eyes to lighting are much higher than human. With matched dimmer, lamps could be controlled at the same time to influence the chicken behaviors. Natural sunrise and sunset simulation greatly enhance the chicken welfare.

Full spectrum has proven early in 1987 to have great impact on the chicken. With red, green and blue color to be used in farms, chicken performance is maximized, while aggressive behaviors are minimized. Therefore, broad spectrum is essential to enhance the meat and egg quality and production.

For better installation of the lighting in poultry, HB-JNCP has 2 versions connectors, E27 and B22(direct wiring). Simple installation process provides great convenience to the customers.
